This policy has been developed by Banner Financial Services Group Limited to meet the specific needs of mission and aid workers, and their families, whilst they are working/holidaying outside their Home Country.
The major concern of Banner Financial Services Group Limited is the physical wellbeing of the individual at all times. For this reason the main cover provided is for medical and emergency dental expenses. Please note that it is not private medical insurance. It does not cover elective surgery, nor is it intended to cover costs of day to day medical occurrences, eg, influenza, cuts and grazes or the costs of periodic or regular medical examinations.
Cover for cancellation and curtailment of the planned journey, personal accident, personal liability and personal possessions have also been included to try to ensure that all the major needs of a person working outside their Home Country are addressed.

The Medical Officer of the Assistance Company must deem this necessary, after consultation with the local treating doctor. This is subject to a maximum Sum Insured of £10,000.
