Medical Emergency Claims

For medical emergencies you need to contact FirstAssist.

FirstAssist offers a ‘call back' service, so if you can have your phone number available, they will call you back.

Personal Accident Claims

In the first instance you should contact your HR manager or usual Save the Children contact person.

Claims should be submitted via Save the Children's Insurance Section who can be contacted as follows:

•  The claim form should be used for non emergency medical claims, cancellation, curtailment, baggage and personal effects, money, travel documents and travel delay.

•  Email or fax us with your completed claim form and any necessary supporting documentation
